These terms apply to your use of SiteMitra, provided by Ashtadasha Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (CIN U52335KA2019PTC124952), No. 756, Shiva Temple Road, Kothanur Main Road, opp. Bharat Petrol Pump, Narayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077. By creating an account or using SiteMitra you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business.
1. The service
SiteMitra helps contractors record site progress, labour attendance and wages, material, petty cash, bills and payments. We may improve or change features over time. We will not remove features from a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
2. Your account
- You log in with your mobile number and a 6-digit passcode. Keep your passcode private.
- You are responsible for the people you add to your account and what they can see and do.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan covers 1 site. Paid plans are priced by the number of sites, with unlimited users.
- Prices shown on the website exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly, half-yearly or yearly, and renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Early-access contractors who receive a written price lock keep their price for the period stated in it.
4. Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You can download them to Excel or PDF at any time, including after you stop paying, for a reasonable period stated in our notice to you. Our use of personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
5. Fair use
Do not use SiteMitra for anything unlawful, to upload harmful software, to try to access other customers' data, or in a way that overloads or disrupts the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep SiteMitra available at all times, and the app keeps working offline. We may need short breaks for maintenance, which we try to schedule outside working hours.
7. Limits of our responsibility
SiteMitra is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for your business decisions, wage payments and legal filings. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after giving notice where possible.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
